By accessing or using Yuplify's platform, website, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
Yuplify provides a no-code e-commerce platform that enables users to create online stores, mobile applications, and manage their online business. Our services include website hosting, payment processing integration, analytics, and customer support tools.
3. Account Registration
To use our services, you must create an account and provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Sell counterfeit, prohibited, or restricted items
- Violate any intellectual property rights of others
- Upload malicious code or attempt to compromise our systems
- Engage in deceptive or fraudulent practices

5. Payment Terms
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' prior notice. You are responsible for all applicable taxes.
6. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the content you create and upload to the platform. By using our services, you grant Yuplify a limited license to host, display, and distribute your content as necessary to provide our services. Yuplify retains all rights to the platform, including its design, code, and proprietary features.
7. Service Availability
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance and will provide advance notice when possible. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors beyond our control.
8. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days.
9. Limitation of Liability
Yuplify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on our platform. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
