8. Yuplify Admin Mobile App

The Yuplify Admin app for iOS and Android lets store owners manage their store. In addition to the information described above, the app handles the following:

Sign-in: Your username and password are sent securely to our servers to sign you in. The resulting session is stored in your device’s secure storage (iOS Keychain or Android Keystore) and is revoked when you sign out.
Biometric unlock: Face ID, Touch ID, and fingerprint unlock are handled entirely by your device’s operating system. We never receive or store your biometric data.
Push notifications: If you allow notifications, we store a push token for your device, linked to your store account, and use Google Firebase Cloud Messaging (and Apple Push Notification service on iOS) to alert you about new orders and low stock. The token is removed when you sign out, and you can turn notifications off at any time in your device settings.
Offline access: Recently viewed dashboard, order, and product information is kept on your device for up to 24 hours so it can be viewed without a connection. It is deleted when you sign out.
No tracking: The app contains no advertising, does not track you across other apps or websites, and does not access your location, contacts, or photos.

To delete your account and its associated data, email support@yuplify.com from the email address on your account.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the “Last updated” date.
