How Cash on delivery works on Yuplify

Your courier collects the cash when they hand over the parcel and remits it to your bank account on the schedule you agreed with them. On Pro, you can book that shipment with TCS or Leopards directly from the order page, so the tracking number and label sit next to the order.
COD works alongside online payments. If you connect a card gateway on Pro, customers see both options at checkout and pick the one they trust.

How do I reduce fake COD orders?
Confirm each order before you ship it — a WhatsApp message or short call asking the customer to confirm their address works well. Watch for repeat refusals from the same phone number, and consider asking for advance payment on very high-value orders.
